FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
TarpHaus offers FREE delivery within a 50-mile radius of our Chicago store. Eligible local orders are delivered using our own trucks, typically within 24 hours of the order being placed during normal business days.
For orders located more than 50 miles from our store, we are happy to provide a FREE delivery quote through UPS. Please contact our customer service team and we will help determine the best available delivery option and rate for your order.

For customers outside our 50-mile local delivery radius, the following free delivery thresholds may apply:

FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER $1,500:
WY, CO, ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX, MN, AR, LA, MS, TN, AL, PA, NY, VT, ME, NH, MA, CT, RI, NJ, MD, DE, WV, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL
FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER $2,000:
WA, OR, MT, ID, NV, AZ, NM
Alaska and Hawaii are not included in our Free Delivery Policy.
PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM FREE DELIVERY
The following products are not included in our standard Free Delivery Policy unless otherwise quoted or approved by a TarpHaus representative:
Toolboxes, Cab Racks, Ramps, Deer Guards, Decking/Shoring Beams, and other oversized or high-weight-class items.
TarpHaus will cover the cost of standard delivery through UPS Ground or LTL when an order qualifies under the Free Delivery Policy. Any additional or special-service charges are the customer’s responsibility. These may include liftgate service, residential delivery charges, remote or limited-access delivery fees, California surcharges, or other carrier-imposed fees.
